Processing & Shipping Times
We fulfill orders from warehouse in VIC Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

Australian Warehouse (VIC): 3-8 business days (for Australian orders)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If there is no update or your package appears lost, contact us at support@gymhood.com.au, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or natural events.
International Shipping & Customs

Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
